Description
Transgenic mouse in which the pancreas acinar-cell-specific elastase promoter drives VMP1-EGFP expression. The transgene cassette contains the acinar-specific control region (-500 to +8) from the rat elastase I gene and the human growth hormone 3-untranslated region (+500 to +2657) ligated to rat VMP1-EGFP.
