How used:
Western blot. 1:4000 in 5% BSA overnight, secondary with Santa Cruz Anti-Rabbit-HRP (sc-2004) 1:5000 in 5% milk 1 hour. Approximately 28 kDa. Figure shows Whole Mouse Pancreas or Isolated Mouse Acini cultured for the indicated time w/ or w/o 1nM CCK
The company indicates this antibody works for IHC and shows a IF figure of eymbryonic pancreas. However, we have not tested it for this purpose.
