Description: 

Rabbit polyclonal agarose conjugate against human NOS3 (sc-654 AC). Mouse monoclonal against human eNOS (610297). The products are affinity purified immunoglobulin fractions.

How used: 

Immunoprecipitation of 0.25 mg lysate protein overnight with 0.025 ml agarose conjugate  in 1 ml lysis buffer. Western Blot 1:500 in 5% BSA 1 hour, secondary GE healthcare anti-mouse-HRP (NXA931) 1:10,000 in 5% milk 1 hour. Approximate molecular weight 140 kDa.
