Mouse Models

Mouse models are an important tool for studying the integrative response to a change in pancreatic protein expression. Mouse models include transgenic, knockout, knockin, and spontaneous mutations. Some models are maintained at Jackson Labs (JAX) but most are maintained by investigators who generated them or members of the pancreas community who obtained them from the maker. The purpose of this section is to list mouse lines made or used by members of the pancreas community and to allow researchers to contact the source for permission to use them.
