Myc-p115RGS from Dr. Tohru Kosaza of Northwestern University which contains the RGS-like domain from p115RhoGEF was used to prepare a adenoviral vector using the AdtrackCMV vector and the AdEasy system.

How used: 

Binds to Ga12/13 and inhibits their signaling in prostate cancer and mouse pancreatic acinar cells.
